Part 1:  Cutting Directions & Getting Started

*Cut into 7 3/4" strips by width of fabric:

Nap Size - 3 strips

Queen Size - 8 strips

*Then cut each strip into 7 3/4" squares

Nap Size - 12 squares

Queen Size - 40 squares

*FOR NAP SIZE:  cut two border strips, each 3 1/2" by 60" (parallel to the selvage edge),
AND 2 border strips, each 3 1/2" by 45" (we'll trim them to the exact length later).

FOR QUEEN SIZE:  cut 2 border strips, each 3 1/2" by about 98" (parallel to the selvage
edge),
AND 2 border strips each 3 1/2" by about 80"

*FOR NAP SIZE:  3 - 7 3/4" strips (by width of fabric); cut into 7 3/4" squares; 12 squares
needed.

*FOR QUEEN SIZE:  8 - 7 3/4" strips (by width of fabric); cut into 7 3/4" squares; 40
squares needed.

*FOR NAP SIZE:  24 - 3 1/2" by 3 1/2" squares

*FOR QUEEN SIZE:  80 - 3 1/2" by 3 1/2" squares
FABRIC #3
*FOR NAP SIZE:  cut two border strips each 6 1/2" by 62" (parallel to the selvage edge),
AND two border strips, each 6 1/2" by 56" (we'll trim them to the exact length later)

*FOR QUEEN SIZE:  cut two border strips, each 6 1/2" by about 80" (cut parallel to the
selvage edge),
AND two border strips, each 6 1/2" by about 98"

*FOR NAP SIZE:  cut a TOTAL of 48 squares, each 3 1/2" by 3 1/2"

*FOR QUEEN SIZE:  cut a TOTAL of 160 squares, each 3 1/2" by 3 1/2"

*FOR EITHER SIZE:  cut four squares, each 6 1/2" by 6 1/2"
