(Amish tones:  Deep Gold - deep rich tones)
*1 yard for Nap Size OR

*2 yards for Queen Size
FABRIC #2 (If you use Black or a solid color you may use
some scraps here if you wish; you'll discover that not all black
or other solid dyes are alike.)


(Amish tones:  Solid Black)
*2 1/4 yards for Nap Size if using all the
same fabric (includes a Border)   
OR

*4 yards for Queen Size
(you may
substitute up to 1 yard of this in 1/4 yard
pieces, if you wish, for the Queen Size
version.  
No Fat Quarters, though!  The
remaining 3 yards for the Queen Size version
do need to be the same fabric)
FABRIC #3 - Will be used for one of your Borders, as well as
in your quilt.

(Amish tones: Dark Green)
*2 yards for Nap Size  OR

*2 3/4 yards for Queen Size
FABRIC #4 Scraps - a variety of mostly Mediums and
Darks; hand-dyed fabrics would be lovely!  
(You can use
scraps of the same color as Fabric #3)

(Amish tones:  Dark Green Scraps)
*Equivalent of 1/2 yard for Nap Size

*Equivalent of 1 1/2 yards for Queen Size
FABRIC #5

(Amish tones:  Dark Blue)
*1/4 yard for either size project
FABRIC #6 - a variety of mostly Mediums and Darks;
hand-dyed fabrics would be nice.
