Cuddle Quilts
An on-going program benefitting Child Protective Services.  Quilts
are made and donated by Guild members and given to children
removed from difficult home situations in hopes of providing some
warmth and comfort.  These quilts are often the first thing a child
receives during this time of separation.
Quilts are also given throughout the year to families in need due to
illness and loss.
Quilts of Valor  (QOV)
In cooperation with the National Quilts of Valor Foundation (qovf.org)
patriotic quilts are sent to military hospital Chaplains for blessing and
then given to wounded service men and women.  Our goal is to show
the brave young men and women how much their sacrifice and service
is appreciated and to provide comfort, love and healing to those who
have given so much.
Mittens for Soldiers
Fleece mittens and boots are made to cover dressings and splints for
the critically injured flown from Combat Support Hospitals to
Landstuhl Hospital in Germany and then to the States.  These
mittens and boots protect their extremities during the cold flights
home.

The Guild's Relay for Life team - "Stitchers for Hope" - receives
support from the Guild.  Proceeds the Team raises are donated to
the American Cancer Society.  Over $10,000 is raised by the Team
annually in the fight against cancer.
